A Coals N Bowls representative will be in contact with you to verify the time, date and location of the event as well as your events hookah catering needs.
We accept all major credit cards and we ask for a 50% deposit up front. The remaining balance will be due the day of the event.
If you request to cancel 48 hours before the event, you will be refunded your full deposit. If you request a cancellation within the 48 hour period before the event, you will be refunded 50% of the initial deposit.
We ask that you give us at least 3 days to prepare for your event. We want to ensure that everything is executed flawlessly. If you book with us with less than a 3 day lead time, we will try to accommodate as much as possible, but with no guarantees.
