Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS, and shipments are made within 24-48 business hours. We pride ourselves in shipping before 24 hours, but sometimes we do get really busy, so please allow for up to this time for your order. For faster delivery options, we offer 2 day FEDEX shipping at an additional cost, and overnight FEDEX shipping, both options will ensure your products will arrive in the fastest possible manner. These options are perfect to stock up for those weekends and trips, shoot us an email if you have an expedited shipment and we’ll make sure it goes out on time.
Flat rate shipping doesn’t apply to international orders, which are charged based on the country specific shipping costs. We are not responsible for any customs clearance in your country, so please keep that in mind when ordering.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24 hour. We do our best to ship them sooner than that, and usually do.
- USPS – Orders Arrive 5-7 business days from shipment date, often sooner than that as we try to ship most items via priority mail whenever possible.
- Fedex – Orders Arrive in 5 business days, depending on the shipping option (ground takes longest)
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of www.coalsnbowls.com, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. Coalsnbowls.com strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
